Went with family member who was looking for very specific items. Rex was our sales associate and he listened to exactly what was wanted and did not try to "sell us" on a bunch of stuff that wasn't needed or wanted. Found exactly what was requested and made the entire process easy. Great service, great prices and great experience.

The customer service was great! I have been looking for living room furniture for weeks and Bryan was so patient helping me create my own layout and find the perfect material. I was so indecisive and he was so patient and investigated each question. Plus the store itself has a large selection. Every store has Ashley, but it is hard to find the England Brand and Lazy Boy plus others all in one place. It was a bit pricier than other options but that is because I went for quality and personalization. I haven't received it yet so can't speak to delivery and anything after that.
